Yvonne joined TAO Group in 2010 with over 20 years of credit and operations experience gained in the financial services field, specifically in the vehicle and equipment leasing industry and in retail commercial banking. Initially a part of TAO Administration’s Risk Management, Surveillance and Compliance Group, Yvonne is currently a Director with BOAT Capital LP focused primarily on the Originator structuring, due diligence and assessment process, as well as ongoing credit, documentation and cash management compliance.

Corporate Counsel for the TAO Group of companies. Previous to TAO, Tony was a principal and corporate counsel at a small niche investment bank, and prior to the he was at two large Bay Street law firms specializing in private mergers and acquisitions and structured finance transactions.

Malkan Pinto joined TAO in 2019 and brings over 10 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management and structuring lending transactions. Malkan is responsible for all aspects of TAO’s commercial lending credit reviews and adjudication of small and medium enterprises, monitoring credit performance, conducting program compliance reviews, assessing counterparties and assisting the Audit and Compliance teams. Previously, he was a Director for a litigation finance company and prior to that an Assistant Vice President for a global banking institution where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and adjudicating complex credit transactions.

Karen joined the TAO Asset Management team in 2016 focusing on originating, structuring and managing private debt transactions. Before joining TAO, Karen held a risk management position within a global retail bank in Australia. Prior to that, she held roles within a commercial lending entity in Ireland focused primarily on the establishment and management of the bank’s commercial mortgage backed securities.
